MILL HILL VILLAGE FOOTBALL CLUB

WELCOME TO THE HOMEPAGE OF THE ALL NEW OFFICIAL WEBSITE FOR MILL HILL VILLAGE FC

BREAKING NEWS - THE MERGER BETWEEN THE SOL AND OLD BOYS LEAGUES

The committee set up to look at the practicalities of merging the 2 leagues has reported back, and it now seems that this will go ahead commencing with the 2002/2003 season.  A letter, with all the details (including the structure/divisions), has been sent to each club - you can have a look at all of this by following the link on the right NAVBAR.  Worth checking out as you'll see where each team will need to finish to be sure of being included in as high a division as possible (top 5 for 1st XI).

MATCH REPORTS

All the match reports you'll find archived in the NEWS page.   Most recent reports will appear on the right hand NAV BAR under Latest News.

THE CLUB

Mill Hill Village Football Club has 6 sides (plus a Sunday Vets side) that compete in various divisions of the highly regarded SOL (Southern Olympian League).

Affiliated to the AFA (Amateur Football Alliance), the SOL offers players of all standards both a competitive and social environment in which to play football.

Last season (2000/2001) The Village's 1st XI finished 3rd in the highly competitive Premier Division, whilst the 4th XI brought the coveted AFA Cup back to Burtonhole Lane.

With a new state of the art ground/social facility still a realistic possibility (keep an eye out for updates on the News Page), plus the addition of some new top class faces to the playing/management teams, season 2001/2002 promises much for The Village.

TRAINING

All playing members are welcome at the training session held at Edgware School every Thursday night from 7pm - 8pm

NEW PLAYERS

New players of all standards are always welcome.  Send us an e-mail with your details to and we'll be in touch.  There's both a good game and a friendly welcome waiting for you at The Village!
