Kerr moves to HullAdam Bell Friday, June 15, 2001 11:57 GMT

Hull City have renewed their interest in Scott Kerr and have snapped up the young midfielder for a nominal fee.
Jim Jefferies confirmed last week that The Tigers made an enquiry for the 19-year-old playmaker, but despite then moving for the Faroe Islands' midfield captain Julian Johnson, they have also pushed through a move for Kerr.
The teenager never really managed to establish himself in the City first team and made just one substitute appearance in the Premiership last term in the final day clash with Coventry, prompting Jefferies to suggest he could be allowed to leave the club.
The City boss said: "Scott is at a stage now where he wants to be playing regular first-team football and we can't guarantee him that here."
Now the Leeds-born midfielder will get his chance by signing for the Humberside outfit, subject to a medical and terms being agreed.
