Captain Rhodes is standing by Tracey.
Hawkes captain John Rhodes has spoken out in defence of manager James Tracey saying "I'm 100% on the gaffers side."
Rhodes said "He might not be the best player in the world, and he'll be the first to say that, but without him there would be no team. Some people are out of order. I've told him (Tracey) not to give up and rise above the whole incedent."
Rhodes support shows not everyone in the Hawkes squad is against Tracey,as the rumours would have people believe.
