Mid Lancs Colts League Honours

U9's Premier Division

Joint Winners - Coppull Utd & Leyland Albion

Coppull Utd & Leyland Albion shared the League title after a thrilling final day match between the two teams that saw Leyland come out on top with a 3-1 win. The League had been a very close one with as many as 4 teams in the running for the title going into the final few weeks of the season.

U9's Super Division

Winners - Wigan Rovers

Runners-Up - Ribbleton Juniors

By the end of March, It was Wigan who looked certain to finish in pole position after a tremendous winning streak that saw them with 12 wins out of 12. However,  by mid April their form had dipped slightly, but, despite Ribbleton ending the season with a great run of results, It was Wigan who eventually took the title by 3 points.

U10's Premier Division

Winners - Red Rose Juniors

Runners-Up - Ormskirk Cross Hall

Red Rose eventually secured the title after a close final few weeks of the season that saw both Red Rose & Ormskirk drop vital points. It was Red Rose though who secured the title after a 2-1 win on the final day.

U10's Super Division

Winners - Aspull 'Blue'

Runners-Up - Chorley St Gregs

In what was a two horse race for virtually the whole of the season, It was Aspull who kept their nerve as they took advantage of some dropped points from Chorley to take the title by 3 points.

U10's Serie A Division

Winners - BAC Preston 'White'

Runners-Up - Ribble Wanderers

In what was probably the closest final few weeks of all the divisions, It was BAC who finished up in top spot after a thrilling 3-2 win in their final game meant they took the title by 1 point. The win meant BAC went through the season undefeated. Ribble Wanderers, who led the division for much of the season, take runners-up spot after a rare defeat late in the season handed BAC their chance.
