Andrew's success story at Notley could not have been written any better. Only wanted to be a squad player in his first season, he ended up with the most improved player award because Daines couldn't leave him out of the side. This season with the club in crisis and a big goalkeeper problem, Andrew produced the goods. Without Andy the side would have let in yet more and despite his size he proved to be one of the success stories of the season.
