Doubles well and truly on !!!!!!Paul Quinn Friday, May 11, 2001 17:56 GMT

The double is now officially on after Thursday nights thrilling cup victory over Ossett Town. All attention must now be on Sundays crunch tie with Emley and only a win will do if Chris Helliwells Huddlers are going to clinch the league championship.
The players must quickly get over the triumph of Thursday and get down to some hard work and in the last three games seven points should clinch the championship. The last three games are against Emley this Sunday the 13th, Cumberworth to be arranged although it must be played before the 19th of May and Beacon Rangers on Sunday the 27th. The end of season presentation will follow the Beacon game and will be held at the Irish Centre (time to be confirmed.)
After the dust from Thursday cup final settled manager Chris Helliwell has the job of assessing any injuries picked up. Helliwell junior sustained a nasty cut to the knee but is expected to be fit for Sunday while Tattersley is recovering from bad cramp during the game and centre back Wood is nursing a sore back. Apart from that everyone is suffering from general aches and pains but all being well, Helliwell snr will have a full squad for Sundays important league fixture.
