History

Civics Sports and Social Club Formed in 1961 by employees of the surveying division of the city, it is a meeting place for people from all parts of the commonwealth.  It was known as the Civic Employees Cricket Club during its inception.  One year later they joined the Toronto Cricket District League. Which is now know as Toronto and District Cricket Association.
