Great news that speedway might be back on the cards at wimbledon that would be fantastic, I can't wait as I have been deprived of speedway since about 1994 and I would be down at wimbledon every week |

Can the stories that have been circulating this weekend saying that agreement has been reached for the return of the sport to Plough Lane be true? A dream come true if it is. Also rumoured that Colchester, Hackney and Leeds will be back by 2003!!! |

I would love to see Wimbledon back. Lets hope within 2 years the Hackney v Wimbledon derbies will be back at their own tracks. Your e-mail doesn't work so if you e-mail me a message I'll reply. I may have one or two pics for you. hackney@graffiti.net http://www.hackneyspeedway.f2s.com PS Thanks for Garry Middleton ! |

Supported the Dons from 1958 until they closed, and they are much missed. My team these days are King's Lynn which is great, but oh for the days of Ronnie Moore and my all time favourite, Ron How again. Gone but never forgotten!!! |
