Thanks for that, it was a good close final and I thought you looked a decent side. If you don't come straight into our division I'm sure you'll do more than OK in 4. |

Its not our fault the league season ended in February. This is the trophy that was put in front of us to win as a result and we've got to the final, minor competition or not. We do have our detractors don't we! |

Two teams weakened by stag do's going for a cup final place !! Sounds to me like the prestige connected with this trophy is not very high. Personally I would have a week off the sauce and quiet nights in with Minnie in the build up to a semi (and no way would I work !!). Enjoy trying to win my cup !!! |

'Grant' - You don't play for Tadcaster Magnets do you? HHC Daleside? No? Then why the derogatory reference? At least have the guts to tell us who you are before you slag us off. Muppet. I don't know, we seem to make enemies everywhere! |

Alright Sean! At least we've improved a bit after the shocking start we had, its only one defeat in the last 6 league games. No midweek games until the end of the season mate! Any chance you can stay up here on a Sunday and get a game in for the Ammers, Graeme Topping turned out yesterday, if he can do it, so can you!! Go on you know you want to! |

we have 2 five aside tournaments coming up for the next 2 sundays but due to work i cant play. so i have to rely on training to get me fit. on wednesday we train properly with ray and on saturday a load of the lads just meet up the field to have a knock about. after the knock about on saturdays we usually go down the pub to talk footie, when they were asking about the website i told them about the ammers and they couldnt believe a team from up north would give $H1T about footie in devon!!! oh well gotta go! cheers!!! |

MESSAGE FOR STUART WHITE. I FOUND YOUR SITE WHILST TRAWLING THROUGH THE TEAMS WHILST AT MY LAST DAY OF TERM AT COLLEGE. AFTER LOOKING AT A FEW I READ YOURS AND THOUGHT WE ARE VERY SIMILAR TEAMS. WE PLAY AT A SIMILAR STANDARD AS YOU, WITH THE RESERVES IN DIV 3/4 AND THE FIRST TEAM 2/4.LAST SEASON WAS CUT SHORT DUE TO FOOT AND MOUTH SO WE FINISHED THE SEASON IN MARCH, WHICH WAS LUCKY AFTEER THE RESERVES WERE SET TO GO DOWN AFTER A FEW (TO MANY!) POINTS WERE KNOCKED OFF. THE FIRST TEAM FINISHED MID TABLE. 2 SEASONS AGO THE FIRSTS WERE DEMOTED TO THE SENIOR (DIV1) AS WE HAD NO DUGOUTS!! I AGREE THAT THE SITE TAKES SO LONG BUT ITS PERFECT FOR A JD DRINKING, NIGHTCLUBBING SPORT SCIENCE STUDENT WHO HAS SO MUCH FREE TIME. GOOD LUCK FOR THE NEXT SEASON. I WILL PUT A ON MY HOMEPAGE SO MORE PEOPLE CAN VIEW THIS GREAT SITE!!!! CHEERS!!! |

Congratulations on your new site, liked the profiles. You could probably do with some snaps to liven it up a bit. In reference to your e-mail re Mr Farrell, he hasn't donned the famous jersey for a while, certainly not this season but we see him now and again in the Kings in Horsforth. We like to think we have moved on since the days of dragging somebody out of bed on a Sunday morning because we are short...if you know what I mean!!! I do remember you from the Jepson's Cup. It's a good little pre-season tournament but we always struggle to find a team at that time of year. Not sure if there's going to be one this year but if there is we'll probably see you there.
