Mr Webb, where's the updates on this site then? No results, reports or anything - scandalous! As you might gather from our site, we've been inconsistent so far with 6 league games played and only 2 wins! It can only get better I suppose! At least we're through to the 2nd round of the West Riding Trophy (the UEFA Cup if you will of Sunday League in West Yorks). We've finally got our first home league game tomorrow so at least that's something to look forward to! Cheers. |

Webby, I see you played in goal against South Molton when you lost 5-1. Its not easy is it? (I should know, I play in nets for the Ammers!). Training finally starts for us next Thursday, a few of the lads (including myself, definitely!) will probably be a touch out of shape! When I said we were gearing up for the new season by playing 5-a-side, I meant I had, I play in a league on Sundays. God knows what the rest of the team have been doing - laying on a beach somewhere probably! Good luck in your next friendly anyway. |

Webby, I see you have a UEFA qualified coach to do yor training. Nothing as fancy for us I'm afraid, one of the lads who ran the London marathon usually takes it (Nick Page), if not him then the player manager (Will Shaw). They're not UEFA qualified at anything as far as I know!! Currently gearing up for our friendlies (starting next week sometime) by playing in a 5-a-side league. The start of the league for us is only a month away! |

Message for Webby - Sorry for the delay in coming back to you. Cheers for putting a link to our site on yours - I'll return the compliment! Looking forward to the new season? Our friendly list reads of the might of Green Flag, The Albion and White Eagles. Sounds great doesn't it! I am however looking forward next season, especially to visiting Tadcaster Magnet Sports (who have been promoted into our division this season) because they've got the flattest pitch you'll ever see. When you play on our pitch (wih its lovely slope) you come to appreciate the away games sometimes! |

A message for 'Webby'. How did you manage to come across our site (where you left a message)? I'm glad you liked it - its taken me bloody ages to set it all up. Having said that once the players knew we were on the web they all suddenly found their digital cameras, hence the photos! So what sort of standard are you? We're just your average Sunday team, not in a kickers league but not at a brilliant standard either (division 3 of 5). I look forward to seeing your site when its nearing completion anyway - cheers for now! |
