Great site, good write up too. Make a bit more of the fact that junior riders went out in the same races as WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP contenders. You could see the smiles, or was it nerves, on their faces from the spectator banking. It is something they will not forget, nor the lessons learnt either, but what an opportunity. As a novice roller racer I got to ride against David Le Grys, the WORLD RECORD holder, in only my SECOND open race. I was really pleased about that but seeing the chance the Swindon V Newport match gave to junior riders to ride with and against the best in the world your sport really has something to shout about, diving lessons excluded ofcourse! Please tell the medical professionals about my site www.communigate.co.uk/wilts/teamhummingbird Cycling at the end of the day is one community, will provide a link to this. Well Done JAMES |
