Late Goal halts good run.

A poor performance by Sparton resulted in a 2-2 draw. Leon looking dapper in his new kit put Sparton ahead in the first half, only to be cancelled out by a soft goal by the oposition. Prince seemed to have clinched all 3 points, but Sparton were denied by a late equaliser following a defencive error. The next league game will not be untill the new year [Sunday 6th of Jan.]So hopefully we can start 2002 in the right frame of mind, with the league and cup a realistic target.

Still on track

Sparton continued their good run of results against Walsingham with a 3-1 away win. Although not one of our best performances we still managed to grab all three points. Goals from Leon, Ashley and substitute Freddy secured the victory.
