Barnsley Ladies Football Club was founded in 1988.  The progression of Ladies football over the last two to three years has seen the number of members in the club increase dramatically.  The club currently has two teams. 

The first team play in the Yorkshire and Humberside Premier Division.

The Reserves play in the Yorkshire and Humberside Reserves Division.

Both teams play their home games at Wombwell Recreation ground, Barnsley.  Whilst training is held on Wednesday evenings (8pm) at Barnsley FC's Academy astro turf.

The Club is always looking to recruit new members.  Any Ladies or girls who wish to come along to training on a Wednesday evening with a view to joining the Club are more than welcome.
