Our club is based in the attractive village of Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire about 10 miles west of St Neots, 10 miles north of Bedford.

The main aim of KC Cougars is to provide a happy and enjoyable environment to play football (or soccer as some know it). Good sportsmanship is one of our main policies. We also aim to provide good and friendly team spirit with training in all footballing skills. At KC Cougars we beleive that if the children enjoy their football, skills will be easier to learn and success will follow.

Although we are based in Kimbolton, we have many squad members from surrounding villages including Catworth, Spaldwick, Perry, Easton, Stonley, Tilbrook, Upper Dean and the Staughtons. We also have training sessions at selected locations in these area's.

We have teams at under 8's, under 9's, under 10's and under 11's in the Hunts Mini Soccer leagues. There are 11-a-side teams for the under 12's, under 13's and under 14's in the Cambridgeshire Colts League. We are looking to expand all of these squads to create more teams. We also have a number of girls in our squad and we are looking to form some 'girls only' teams in the future. Anyone interested should contact one of the club officials in the club details page.

The Football Association is progressively raising the standard of coaching and team management in childrens football. We encourage all of our club officials to undertake training courses run by the FA. Our managers are trained Football Association qualified Junior Managers. We also have a dedicated coaching team consisting of three members of the club who are currently training for the FA Level 2 Coaching Certificate. The goal of this coaching team is to provide coaching sessions to all players in the club. Each session is individually tailored to the needs of the team and its players. 

We are keen to expand our club and we are looking for more players and also more people to come forward, to become managers, club officials, join our coaching team and any who are interested in becoming referees.
