Hillier's Happy With WinWires Tuesday, May 01, 2001 17:24 GMT
"It's all well and good to have a youth policy to nuture home grown talent like Doigy and Monty but when we were hit with late injury problems, I really felt we needed to mix youth with some real experience. I got in some ringers and I think it paid off. Our defence had a tendancy to bypass our midfield, but since they were dribbling up field this didnt seem important."
Dan Hillier - Reith Rovers first team coach.
