lydd missis all the rain

with all the bad rain around this weekend lydd was very lucky as we had brillant sunshine untill about 4.55pm,i was driving down to the track via the m20 and the rain was just falling so bad that i could hardly see but as i got nearer the track the weather just got better and pratice and racing went ahead.

the junior section was won by gary cottham,the youths by barry burchatt and the seniors won by steve boxhall who looked very good,it was good to see lance schott riding again he was on malcolms hire bike and went quite well,a good attendance today lets hope it carrys on then the clubs furture will be ok,the next meeting will take place at lydd will be the 11th of august at 12 noon(weather permitting)hope to see you all there.
