Bishops Castle recorded a straightforward victory away against local rivals Bromfield.
Bromfield totalled 154-6 off 40 overs, slow bowling pair Stephen Morris (13-0-56-1) and Richard Langford (13-1-33-4) doing the majority of the bowling after Rhys Davies picked up the other wicket in the first over.
Castle then had a solid start 37-0 off 14 overs and then proceeded fairly easily to victory barring a 15 minute break for rain.
Castle finished on 155-5 off 36.1 overs, top man was Skipper Richard Whately with a hard hit 64, Richie Fifield with 31, Stephen Morris 14 in 14 overs and Ed Williams with a one over 11.
Castle pick up 20 points, Bromfield 5 points.
