COOPER “GRANNY BASHED”

A dejected Andrew Cooper was still reeling last night from the humiliation of being beaten, not only by a woman for the first time, but NO…. a woman so old that she actually used the words “sonny” and “do you mind holding me teeth whilst I go for this winning shot”.

“I blame my technique” shouted the player manager. I knew it needed changing, and now I’ve got to do some serious training.

An altogether well humoured match saw Lansdowne B victorious 7-2, with Freddy the other casualty, although we’re not actually sure that he even knew he was playing (well that’s what it looked like anyway).

Serious questions are now being asked about Coopers mental stability, and whether this is affecting his ability to manage such a high profile side.
