2001-2 Table Rota

Tabling - the most fun you can have with a lot of clothes on !

See below for the new tabling rota, and take note of the rules at the bottom.

Note - all home games start at 8pm (court available) and this is the time by when the table officials should arrive.

Dear All

I need to note below the table rota for the remaining 2001 and 2002 home fixtures.

If you are unable to make the date(s) allocated, then please liaise with me, and i'll sort it out.

Mon 26 Nov 01 8.15 tip Allstars vs B & Hove Graham & Simon (Nick is first reserve for this one)

Mon 10 Dec 01 8.15 tip Celtics vs Bognor Allstars have a game too

Mon 14 Jan 02 8.15 tip Allstarts vs Swifts Paul & Nick (Simon is first reserve for this one)

Mon 21 Jan 02 8.15 tip Allstars vs Shooting Stars Paul & Brian (Celtics game on this night is CANC - Parakeets)

Mon 28 Jan 02 8.15 tip Celtics vs Express Americans Away game for Celtics, so we don't need to supply!

Mon 11 Feb 02 8.15 tip Celtics vs EG Towers Allstars have a game too

Mon 25 Feb 02 8.15 tip Allstars vs Crawley Pumas TBA Celtics have a playoff fixture

Mon 4 Mar 02 8.15 tip Allstars vs Swifts TBA Celtics have a playoff fixture

Mon 11 Mar 02 8.15 tip Allstars vs Shooting Stars TBA Celtics have a playoff fixture

The main issue is sorting out tablers for the three double-headers ie 10/12, 11/2 and 18/2

The most pressing to resolve is 10/12.

Sarah S, can you make this one for us? Anyone one else have any suggestions?

If anyone needs any help / training session on how to complete the book or timekeep, then let me know.

Please be aware of the following rules :

1. Anyone not turning up to do their tabling duty will be charged a technical fine (£2.00) payable to the club

2. If you are unable to make any fixture that you are supposed to be tabling, then you must arrange for another player to swap with you. It is also your responsibility to let Karen know and to alter the master copy situated on the Basketball Notice Board.

3. The fining system for no-show will be based on whose name is on the rota. For example, should you swap a tabling duty and your replacement fails to turn up - if you have not informed Karen of the change to the rota then you will be liable for the £2.00 fine

4. A tabling duty starts 15 minutes before the commencement of the match and ends after the end of the match.

Thanks

Paul
