We will be playing Radio 2 on Saturday February 9th - KO 10:30 @ Glades Football Academy, Lug Trout Lane, Solihull. A big crowd is expected so get there early!!

Our first training session of the New Year went well as we all blew the cobwebs away with a 5-a-side session in the NIA

We are now looking forward to our first match of the year against Mike Hoyle's bunch on Feb 17th in Worcester.

Manager Dave "wanna see my scars" Craddock says that he will be concentrating on youth this year.....but he will still be picking the same old farts in the football team! (Boom Boom).

Has anyone else noticed the remarkable resemblance  between Aston Villa manager John Gregory and psychic spoon mangler Uri Geller. Has anyone ever seen them in the same room?

WE WON  WE WON  WE WON

Yes it's true, after a disastrous run of results which were just too painful to put into writing (do you like the subtle excuse for not updating the website?), we have finally won our first game.

A Paul Izons hat-trick and a Paul Clark strike were enough to seal a 4-3 win over a Radio 2 team who were admittedly short of stars like Terry Wogan and Steve Wright. Click on the news item on the right for a full report.

Next game is versus Carlton TV at Hadley Stadium on Tuesday 12th June KO 19:00. This is the final warm-up game before the Villa Old Stars match on 24th June so let's get the full team out for this one.

Finally, thanks to those of you who have e-mailed me jokes for the 'Give an old Joke a Home' page, I promise I will update it (and the rest of the site) soon.
